Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include drafting contracts and offer letters, maintaining personnel records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and preparing payroll.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records, coordinate HR events and training sessions, and serve as the point of contact for HRMS – Worksuite.
This is a full-time position at NCRI PAKISTAN PVT. LTD., with a pay range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
Location: Islamabad (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required)
