Job Description

365 Care Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Handle daily Control Room Operations
• Respond to employee calls with accurate information
• Guide callers through troubleshooting and product usage
• Manage shift confirmation messages and update duty times
• Identify and escalate priority issues to management
• Take over calls when necessary
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
