Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with over 4 years of experience in production support and development.
Key qualifications include expertise in IBM Mainframe languages like COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2. Familiarity with Changeman/Endevor, OPC, SDSF, SPUFI, SORT, File-Aid, and FTP is essential. Candidates should be comfortable in agile and scrum project environments.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are required. Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot is a plus.
