Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Retail Department Manager to join our team at Bachaa Party. You will be responsible for meeting planned sales goals, setting individual targets with the sales team, and tracking performance metrics. Your role will involve overseeing team activities, coordinating lead generation with marketing, and providing ongoing training.
