Job Description

Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and updating employee files
• Processing employee clearances
• Updating employee information in the HR Software
• Making changes related to shifts, salaries, and verifying employee attendance
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly payroll
• Coordinating payroll document audits with the internal audit department
• Supporting routine HR operations
• Completing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
