YC Solutions is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. This full-time position requires working night shifts and making outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities: Make calls, provide exceptional customer service, update client information in the CRM, collaborate with the sales team, and meet call targets.
Requirements: Previous experience in a BPO or call center, strong English communication skills, and basic computer literacy.
Pay: Rs35,00 – Rs50,00 per month
