Job Description
SnackOut, Pakistan’s rapidly growing food delivery platform, is seeking a proactive Vendor & Delivery Support Specialist to assist our restaurant partners and delivery riders throughout the delivery process. If you possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, this role is perfect for you!
What We Offer: Competitive salary of PKR 40,00/month plus bonuses. Work schedule: six days a week (Monday to Saturday) with 9-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Support riders, resolve order issues, monitor orders, and facilitate communication.
Requirements: Customer service experience is a plus; strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency are essential.
