Job Description

INNOVATIVE PVT LTD is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the resolution of assigned complaints on Cash Services Machines (CSMs) and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within defined turnaround times (TAT). Duties also include the installation of ATMs and CSMs, execution of precise troubleshooting techniques, and provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks. Additionally, the engineer will be required to provide analytical reports and documentation to the line manager.
