Job Description
Golden Pearl Cosmetics (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG, preferably in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of metropolitan and rural distribution, with proven experience in handling primary and secondary sales and credit management.
Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing channel strategies, planning brand positioning, managing sales infrastructure, leading the sales team, and collaborating with the marketing team on various initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of sales experience are preferred.
Compensation ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs90,00.00 per month for this full-time position.
