Job Description

Sybrid Lahore is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Urdu-Speaking Customer Service Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering calls professionally.
• Responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints.
• Providing product and service information.
• Processing orders and applications.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues.
• Coordinating with departments for follow-ups on customer queries.
• Generating and following up on business leads.
• Completing other tasks assigned by your line manager.
