Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media and respond to inquiries.
- Provide efficient chat support to resolve queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding communication.
- Collaborate with the team to address and escalate issues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English).
- Previous call center experience is required.
- Experience in chat support is preferable.
- Flexibility in dynamic environments.
