Job Description

Recruitment Empire is looking for a dedicated Complaints Officer. You will ensure all customer complaints are acknowledged, investigated, and communicated effectively. Collaborate closely with the Complaints Manager to manage processes and communicate outcomes to our customers.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities. Our office-based position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with shift hours from 10am to 7pm in DHA Sector F Rwp.
