Job Description

AJ is looking for a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee building and grounds maintenance. The successful candidate will operate and maintain custodial functions, ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are properly implemented.

This role requires maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility according to company policies. The Facility Manager will also supervise the quality of work performed by other employees, manage service contracts, conduct regular inspections, and communicate safety precautions to staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role is required.
