Job Description
HR ABNOIRE PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. This full-time position reports directly to the CEO and includes managing secretarial and administrative tasks, as well as maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities include typing and editing documents, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, excellent MS Office knowledge, and strong organizational abilities. A minimum of 3 years as a Secretary and a High School degree are required.
Pay starts at Rs160,00.00 per month; candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Islamabad.
