Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will manage inbound calls, provide customer inquiries, and handle complaints.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
Communication Skills: Fluent in English
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs 45,00 with incentives up to Rs 15,00
Benefits: Free medical insurance
Shift Details:
Male: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) monthly
Female: Morning shift only
Post-probation: Work from home available
