Job Description
Quarks Private Limited is seeking an Accounts and Operations Executive to support our accounts department and manage office operations. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Coordinate office operations and support HR functions.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounts and administration.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication skills.
