Job Description
CTS is seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Officer to represent our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
- Manage calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and appointments.
- Handle complaints as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
