Your Role: As a Chat Support Agent, you will address customer inquiries, maintain client relationships, exceed sales targets, and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Experience in chat support or similar roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Shift: Night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
