Timings: 10:00am – 08:00pm

The Junior Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calling) will initiate calls to customers to promote products, resolve inquiries, and enhance satisfaction. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and accurately recording data in CRM systems.

Qualifications: 1 year of CSR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software are essential.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 per month + attractive commissions.
