Job Description
East Gate Industries is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore. You will maintain and build a database of customers, conduct calls for feedback, and promote our products/services. Responsibilities include assisting in booking sales through our website and POS systems while ensuring accurate transaction processing.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field, 2-3 years in a call center environment, proficiency in CRM software, solid invoicing knowledge, and fluent English.
