Job Description
A leading Telecom Company is seeking a motivated Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our team. The CPA will be responsible for phone line installation and troubleshooting, internet cable installation and troubleshooting, as well as TV fiber cable installation and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer complaints.
