Job Description
Reall Time is hiring for its Customer Service Department. We are looking for dedicated individuals with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints via phone, email, live chat, or social media, assisting with orders, refunds, and exchanges, and managing account cancellations or upgrades.
We require candidates who are willing to work night shifts and potential overtime. Preference will be given to applicants with call center experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
