Job Description
Join our team at ConnectX as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Build lasting relationships through effective communication while providing accurate information and resolving complaints swiftly.
To qualify, you should have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience, along with excellent communication skills and strong phone handling abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Pay ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
