Job Description

Join our team at Xtingers Tech! We are conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Customer Support Representative (CSR).

Time: 4PM-5PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to confirm order details.
• Ensure accuracy in customer information and order specifications.
• Respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Document customer interactions in the order system.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and chats.
• Education: Intermediate minimum.
