Job Description

Multi MZ Collections is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our customer community. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media; handling complaints; and ensuring prompt resolutions. You will monitor social media interactions and professionally address negative feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
