Job Description

LeadSol Islamabad is seeking a proactive and highly organized Management Trainer to oversee our Upwork client operations. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, assign tasks to team members, and ensure smooth workflow operations. Fluency in English and a solid understanding of the Upwork platform are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Upwork client accounts and communication.
• Conduct meetings with international clients via Zoom.
• Assign tasks and track progress.
• Assist in executing daily tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
