Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat while handling multiple sessions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently.
- Document interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate to enhance customer service.
Job Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
Working Timings: US timings (5 Days a week)
