Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing daily operations. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing performance reviews, ensuring departmental KPIs are met, and maintaining efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 2-4 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Preferred candidates will have budgeting experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
