Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound calls for customer services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls
- Provide online support regarding services
- Verify billing addresses
- Follow up with the operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions
- Perform special tasks assigned during duty
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
Experience: Fresher or 1 year in a UK-based call center
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 per month, with incentives up to Rs15,00
Location: Lahore
