Job Summary: The Assistant Export Manager will support the Export Manager in overseeing and coordinating international shipping and trade activities. This role involves managing documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and shipping agents, and facilitating efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing shipments internationally.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Prepare and review export documentation.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
