Job Description
Arfa Tech is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to serve as the liaison between our company and its customers. This role requires taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels in every interaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Following communication scripts
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
- Upselling products when opportunities arise
- Building sustainable customer relationships
- Documenting interactions in our database
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support
