Job Description
Smart Brains Technologies is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our ACA and MVA team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will assist with inquiries, claims processing, and general support regarding their ACA coverage. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Requirements:
– Good/Excellent Communication Skills
– Six months of experience preferred, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
– Ability to work night shifts
Salary range: Rs30,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
