Job Description

BGMC Consultancy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to join our team in Garden Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will assist with HR policy compliance, implement training workshops, and manage the performance appraisal process.

Qualifications: BBA – HR/MBA – HR or related field. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office required.

Experience: 0-1 year, preferably with 6 months of HR internship.

Office Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
