Oven n Grill, a fast food restaurant, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team. In this role, you will take orders, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience. Strong Urdu communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Flexible hours availability
