Job Description
On Call Solutions is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage property listings in our CRM system, publish and update online listings, and maintain current property inventory. You will also monitor agents’ performance, qualify leads, and assist in tenancy contract finalization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate support or similar fields, proficiency in CRM systems, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, and female candidates are preferred.
This full-time position is based onsite at our office in PWD Islamabad, with a competitive salary starting from Rs50,00.00 per month.
