Job Description
Thinkwiser High Man Power International is seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Civil Engineer with at least 20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, especially in expansive building complexes.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, proficient in English and Arabic, and capable of managing complex operations while building relationships with key international partners from Libya, China, and Egypt.
