Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee site security management and coordination with authorities.
- Implement cost-effective security solutions compliant with local laws.
- Monitor security levels and maintain risk level maps.
- Prevent site outages by addressing security-related issues.
- Ensure timely salary transfers for security personnel.
- Handle unauthorized access and site owner issues promptly.
- Prevent illegal activities and ensure OHS policy compliance.
- Prepare detailed security reports and maintain a Security Operations Manual.
- Build client relationships for high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with law enforcement for security incident resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 7+ years of technical or 5+ years managerial experience in telecom.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs125,00 – Rs150,00/month
