Job Description
On Call Solutions is looking for a motivated Night Shift Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at our on-site location in PWD Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch drivers and manage schedules for optimal coverage.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle calls and resolve real-time issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all trips and transactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Prior dispatching experience is a plus, but not required.
