Job Description
Talent Ibex is seeking an Arabic Speaker who will serve as a vital liaison between our Arabic customers and our clients. This role ensures compliance with processes and policies while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing information and processing inquiries from agents regarding products and services.
- Building relationships with agents to improve service competitiveness.
- Resolving issues and communicating effectively with agents.
- Contributing to customer development and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- O Levels/Matric or higher.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Customer-focused with strong emotional intelligence.
