Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Associate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in HR within a software or IT company and be proficient in HRMS systems.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing HR policies, overseeing HRMS, and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding. You will also handle employee inquiries, manage records, verify timesheets, assist in benefits administration, and support recruitment efforts.
