Job Description
We are a reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing online support, and maintaining records of network issues. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center, and fluency in English.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs32,00 to Rs45,00, plus incentives. Shifts are rotational for males and morning shifts for females in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Benefits include free medical insurance and work-from-home options post-probation.
