Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a respected telecom company, is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Premium). The role involves handling inbound customer service calls and providing online support.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for issue resolution.
- Manage Network Trouble Tickets.
- Keep fault records for assigned regions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of UK-based call center experience required. Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Salary: Rs45,00 to Rs60,00/month, plus incentives and benefits.
