Job Description
Rising Star Marketing, based in Canada, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Call Centre in Rawalpindi. This is a great opportunity for individuals with exceptional English-speaking skills to earn a decent income each month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and manage order entries.
- Assist in pricing quotes and orders, and follow up on credit claims.
- Handle bookkeeping procedures and assist with invoicing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and field calls regarding products and accounting.
- Perform various administrative duties as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates are welcome!
