Job Description
Join NC Entertainment as an Assistant Floor Manager! In this role, you’ll manage daily cinema operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and staff supervision. You will oversee ticketing, concessions, and hall maintenance to guarantee guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include cash handling, inventory control, and leading a team to provide high-quality service.
To qualify, you need an MBA or BBA, with at least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cinema management. Strong leadership, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00.
