Job Description

The Resource Management (BPO) is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee various administrative tasks and assist with our HR department’s daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Updating company databases with new employee information.
• Screening resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Posting job advertisements online.
• Coordinating new hire orientations.
• Responding to staff inquiries about HR policies and benefits.

Eligibility criteria include excellent spoken English, a degree in Human Resource Management, and effective communication skills.
