Job Description
MYSON Engineering Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effective communication
- Maintaining punctuality
- Proficient use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Document drafting and administrative task management
- Coordination with the HR Manager and addressing employee HR issues
- Maintaining attendance records and leave balances
- Policy development and implementation
