A leading Telecom Company is seeking a Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Phone line installation and troubleshooting
• Internet cable installation and troubleshooting
• TV Fiber cable installation and troubleshooting
• Resolving customer complaints
