Job Description
Tangent Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to provide excellent customer service. Your role will include answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, and identifying priority issues for timely resolution. Building rapport with customers and accurately documenting interactions are essential tasks.
