Job Description
Faletti’s Grand Hotel Multan is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the Front Office department. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff activities, ensuring hotel standards, and maintaining a professional environment. Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager, addressing complaints, solving problems, and coordinating with other departments.
Requirements: Previous supervisory experience in a luxury property, high school diploma (college degree preferred), proficiency in English and Front Office Systems (Micros, Munshi-10, Microsoft Office Suite). Experience: 5 years in Front Office required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Rs40,00.00 per month.
