Job Description
TriVA is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Gojra. You will develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans, manage the entire recruitment cycle, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent in the IT and E-commerce sectors.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as building a network through various channels. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in ATS, and knowledge of employment laws.
